イラン・クムのESMAELI工房で手織りされた、シルク100％の高級ペルシャ絨毯です。93×60cmの深いワイン色の地に、生命の木と小さな風景を織り込んだ絵画的な一枚です。

中央には細い幹から多彩な枝葉と花が伸び、金茶色の大きく渦巻く装飾が全体を包み込みます。両脇には花瓶や柱を思わせる意匠と、樹木のある小さな風景を配置。足元の横長の区画には、水辺に集う鳥と草花が表現されています。

近くで見ると白い水鳥の羽や水面の淡いブルー、周囲の薔薇や小花の一つひとつまで楽しめます。赤、紫、青、緑を織り重ねた豊かな配色とシルクの艶が魅力。壁掛けのペルシャ絨毯アートとしても存在感を放ちます。

A 100% silk Persian rug hand-knotted by the ESMAELI workshop in Qom, Iran, measuring 93 × 60 cm excluding fringe. A richly branching tree of life fills a deep wine-coloured field, enclosed by sweeping golden-brown scrolls.

Vase-like ornaments and small landscape panels flank the tree. A horizontal vignette below depicts white waterbirds among reeds and flowers, with pale blue water and finely outlined feathers. Roses and miniature blossoms weave red, purple, blue and green throughout the composition. With its intricate pictorial details and natural silk sheen, this Qom rug is a striking decorative textile and wall-hanging artwork.
