An Iranian machine-woven rug from the LUMINA Modal Art Collection, measuring 118 × 80 cm excluding fringe, with a modal pile and silk fringe.
A gold-and-purple floral centre sits within layered dark and blue curved panels. Arched-window-like ornaments and pink bouquets create a richly detailed composition. Close details include column-like lines, vase-shaped decorations, miniature flowers and fine lattice patterns. Blue-and-white floral borders complete the design. The smooth modal sheen enhances this Persian-inspired rug as a decorative accent for an entrance, bedside or sofa area.
